Special Symbols

Rocket Feature 

The Rocket Feature activates whenever a Collect symbol lands. A 5x4 asteroid grid appears above the reels, and the Collect symbol fires rockets at the asteroid positions. 

Asteroids can reveal money values, bonus values or bombs. Regular Collect fires one rocket straight upward, Triple Collect fires three rockets at random positions, and Super Collect fires through the column above it. It’s a tidy take on collection mechanics because the prize symbols aren’t simply sitting on the reels waiting to be gathered. They have to be revealed first, preferably without the rocket department taking a coffee break. 

Bomb Prizes 

Collect symbols can reveal bombs inside the asteroid grid. When a bomb appears, it awards the adjacent prizes and can also trigger nearby bombs. 

This gives the Rocket Feature a chain reaction element. One rocket can reveal a bomb, the bomb can open more surrounding prizes, and nearby bombs may continue the sequence. The result is still easy to follow, but the bombs add some uncertainty to a feature that could otherwise feel too direct. 

Bonus Values 

The top row of the asteroid grid can randomly include bonus values. These are stronger prize values than the standard asteroid amounts and can also include Scatter awards. 

This gives the top row more importance during rocket reveals. The feature doesn’t require a long explanation to understand, but the split between normal asteroid values and bonus values gives each rocket shot a little more suspense. 

Bonus Spins 

Three Scatters trigger 10 bonus spins, with additional Scatters adding more spins at the start of the feature. The round shifts to a 5x1 reel strip below a 5x7 asteroid grid. 

During bonus spins, rockets continue to reveal asteroid values. At the beginning of the feature, the top row reveals larger prizes. If all asteroids are cleared before the round ends, a random multiplier is selected and applied to the total feature win. The bonus can’t be retriggered, so the round has one clear job: clear as much space rock as possible before the spins run out.
