Its history began in 1891 with the French Clay-Court Championships. The modern tournament is staged at Stade Roland-Garros in the Porte d’Auteuil area of Paris and is the only Grand Slam played on clay.

Alexander Zverev is the defending French Open men’s singles champion.

The German defeated Flavio Cobolli 6-1, 4-6, 6-4, 6-7(5), 6-1 in the 2026 final. It was Zverev’s first Grand Slam championship after three previous defeats in major finals, and he became the first German man to win the Roland-Garros singles title during the Open Era.

Total games betting involves predicting whether the combined number of games will finish above or below a specified line.

An Over 38.5 Games selection requires at least 39 completed games. An Under 38.5 selection requires no more than 38, subject to the market’s retirement and settlement rules.

Total Sets Betting

Total sets betting involves predicting whether the match will contain more or fewer sets than the displayed line.

An Over 4.5 Sets selection in a men’s singles match requires all five sets to be played.

Women’s singles markets may instead use a line of 2.5 sets because their matches are best of three.

Both Players to Win a Set

This market asks whether both players will win at least one completed set.

A “Yes” selection requires each player to win a set. A “No” selection requires one player to win without dropping one.
