Documents we may require

We want your time with us as a customer to be as trouble free as possible but we have responsibilities under our GB gaming licence and GDPR to make sure we know our customers

We need to establish that we have our customers correct name, address and date of birth.

If a customer plays with us beyond certain thresholds we also may request proof of income to satisfy our responsible gaming obligations and on rare occasions we may request a “selfie” with a corresponding photographic ID to be 100 per cent sure of identity.

It may be necessary to restrict actions on customers accounts whilst we are waiting for relevant documentation

Please find below the documents we may require and for what reason

Current signed passport	Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year	3 months of Pension statements
Citizen Card	Current UK driving licence (but only if not used for the name evidence)	3 months of bank statements showing salary payments
Current photocard driving licence	Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement dated within the last three months. Please provide only one page as a proof of address- (Failure to do so may lead to delays in your account review)
Military ID Card	Original mortgage statement from a recognised lender issued for the last full year
Residence permit	Electoral Register entry
	Council or housing association rent card or tenancy agreement for the current year
