When symbols are collected, progress will be added to the bar at the top of the screen and when it's full, a random number of icons will be turned into one of the following:  

• Upgrade Symbols - One type of standard symbol is upgraded.  
• Upgrade All Symbols - All standard icons are upgraded to a more desirable symbol.  
• Coins - These award a multiple of the stake size up to a maximum of 10,000x.  
• Eggs - Once the spin has concluded, the Egg will hatch to reveal a dinosaur. The birds will all fly to avoid this dinosaur, moving to new positions on the board.  
• Wilds - Can replace any standard or premium icon as part of a matching combination.  
• Red Button - This will mean a meteor hits the board from above, leading to 8 reels and 8 rows being active.  
• Popcorn - Empty spaces are filled with popcorn, which birds can walk along to access different parts of the board.  
• Mushroom - Once a bird has collected the mushroom, all icons will transform into the same colour as the bird. These symbols can also transform into any of the other special icons on this list!  

In addition to being added to the board via the chest, these symbols can also drop into play randomly during any spin.

Collecting three scatter icons will trigger the main bonus round in Pirots 2, awarding players with a total of 5 free spins.
