Legendary Treasures goes for the classic explorer fantasy, with ancient structures, relic hunting and one determined adventurer who looks like he’s read every map except the one marked “legal ownership of artefacts.” The setting has an Egypt inspired look, with warm lighting, stone details and treasure symbols giving the reels that familiar tomb raiding feel. 

The grid is clean and easy to read, with chunky 7 symbols, card suit icons and the adventurer portrait taking the higher end of the paytable. The Wild symbol appears as a bold carved tile, while the Scatter and Pyramid symbols help push the treasure hunting theme beyond standard line wins. The sound design keeps the pace moving without making the ruins feel like a theme park queue. The lower symbols are the card suits, followed by several 7 symbols and the adventurer as the highest regular pay symbol. The Wild has the same payout value as the adventurer, but we’re keeping its substitution role for the special symbols section below. 

Special Symbols 

• Wild Symbol: The Wild can appear on all reels and substitutes for all regular paying symbols. The Wild also carries the same payout value as the Adventurer symbol. 
• Scatter Symbol: Scatters can award direct prize values in the base game when enough of them land. In bonus spins, Scatters are collected and paid according to the final number gathered.

Scatter Awards 

Legendary Treasures uses Scatters as one of its main prize routes. In the base game, landing 4 or more Scatters awards a direct prize based on the number of Scatters shown on the reels. 

Four Scatters pay 1x, five pay 5x, six pay 15x, seven pay 25x, eight pay 50x, nine pay 100x, ten pay 250x, eleven pay 1,000x and twelve pay 10,000x the bet. That range gives the Scatter system a central role, rather than leaving Scatters as a simple trigger symbol with a fancy hat. 

Treasure Barrel 

Pyramid symbols appear only in the base game. When two Pyramid symbols land, the Treasure Barrel activates and awards a random cash prize. 

This feature adds another way for the base game to produce a reward outside regular paylines and Scatter payouts. We’d call it a side mechanic rather than the main attraction, but side mechanics matter when a game has this many treasure cupboards to open. 

Bonus Spins 

Bonus spins trigger when three Scatters land on reels 2, 3 and 4 in the base game. The round starts with three spins and a starting multiplier of x1. During the feature, Scatters are collected instead of paying immediately. 

The final Scatter prize is awarded when the round ends, based on the number of Scatters collected during the feature. The rightmost reel can also land an Artefact symbol, which activates the Feature Barrel and resets the bonus spin counter. That reset gives the round more room to develop, especially when the Feature Barrel starts improving prizes or multipliers. 

Feature Barrel 

The Feature Barrel appears during bonus spins when the Artefact symbol lands on the fifth reel. This barrel can award several outcomes, each one affecting the feature in a different way. 

Cash Collect awards the current cash prize from the Scatters collected in the Treasure Barrel. Barrel Upgrade improves all prizes on the Treasure Barrel. Multiplier Boost increases the active multiplier by 1. Reset Extra raises the spin counter reset value by 1. The Feature Barrel can also upgrade the round into Super Bonus Spins, which is where the game tightens its boots and stops pretending this was a simple walk through some ruins. 

Super Bonus Spins 

Super Bonus Spins can be awarded by the Feature Barrel during bonus spins. They can also trigger from the base game when three bonus spin symbols and two Pyramid symbols land. 

The round starts with three spins and a x1 multiplier, using the same Artefact and Feature Barrel structure as the regular bonus spins. The difference is that the current Scatter prize from the Treasure Barrel is awarded at the end of every Super Bonus Spin. When the Feature Barrel activates here, the possible outcomes are Barrel Upgrade, Multiplier Boost or Reset Extra. 

Legendary Treasures uses a 5 reel, 4 row grid with 40 paylines. Winning combinations pay from left to right on adjacent reels, beginning from the leftmost reel. Regular symbols include card suits, several 7 symbols and the adventurer, while the Wild can help complete line wins by substituting for regular symbols. 

The base game mixes regular payline results with Scatter awards and Pyramid symbol triggers. Bonus spins change the pace by turning Scatters into collected symbols and bringing in the Artefact symbol on reel 5. There are no cascading reels, cluster pays or Megaways systems here. We’d have liked the theme to take a sharper visual angle, because treasure slots aren’t exactly endangered.
