A spinning coin can change the next round in Medallion Megaways by Fantasma Games. It controls three Feature Stones below the gemstone reels, switching their bonuses on or off. Cascades familiar from online slots sit alongside expanding Wilds and symbol-clearing respins, with the illuminated stones showing which features can appear. The setting is a fortune-teller’s tent, furnished with lanterns and purple curtains.
Sun, crescent moon and star designs decorate the jewels in a fortune-teller’s tent. Behind the reels, two lanterns light the purple curtains and striped cushions, while a string of blue bulbs runs along the canopy overhead. Those colours carry onto the reels through purple gems, blue moonstones and broad gold settings. The Medallion below has the same gold finish, beside the pink Wild Stone and green Respin Stone. Together, they look like objects arranged for a reading.

Wilds appear on reels two to five and replace regular gemstones, excluding the Void Respin symbol
The spinning Medallion can appear after a base-game round and switch one or more of the three stones on or off. Their lights show which bonuses remain available on later spins. A newly activated Wild or Respin Stone takes effect from the next spin, while the Free Spins Stone starts its bonus straight away.
The gems in a win disappear, leaving gaps for another drop. A win from those new arrivals pays at 2x, and each further winning drop raises the multiplier by one. It can keep rising without an upper limit during that round, then returns to 1x for the next base-game spin.
A Wild fills its entire reel when the Wild Stone is active, carrying a random multiplier from 2x to 6x. Two Wild reels marked 2x and 3x would give a win passing through both a 6x multiplier. The Avalanche value then multiplies that result.
Lighting the Respin Stone allows Void Respin symbols onto the reels, where each removes between two and ten symbols, including itself. New gems fill the cleared spaces around any Wilds and existing winning combinations, which stay in place. Another Void Respin in that refill can clear a further selection of symbols.
The Free Spins Stone starts a round with both expanding Wilds and Void Respins active. The Avalanche multiplier carries over from one bonus spin to the next, so a spin that pays nothing leaves its accumulated value intact for later wins.
Six reels hold gemstones of different heights within a board that has room for six rows. A symbol can occupy one, two or three vertical spaces, while the number of separate symbols produces between 64 and 46,656 ways to win. Paying runs start on the first reel and need at least three adjacent columns. Several copies of the same gem can form separate combinations in ways-to-win casino games, and Medallion adds those awards together. Taller symbols retain their normal value. Where one way contains more than one possible payout, only its highest award counts.
A round can take several steps to finish, especially when a Void Respin leads into another winning drop. That gives Medallion Megaways an uneven pace, with short spins giving way to longer sequences when the features overlap. We put that interaction at the centre of our assessment of Fantasma Games’ design. The Wild and Avalanche multipliers bring two calculations into the same win, while the stones beneath the board show which upgrades remain available. The extra display earns its space. It keeps the changing feature status visible as the gemstones fall, expand and disappear above it.
