Solheim Cup 2021 Odds and Betting

The Solheim Cup is THE event when it comes to professional women's golf. The biennial tournament is contested between teams representing Europe and the USA and is the women's version of the Ryder Cup.

Honestly, golf fans it really doesn't get any better than this. The 2021 Solheim Cup is set to be hosted at the Inverness Club. And while that might sound like we'll be heading up to Scotland to the home of golf, we'll in fact be travelling all the way over the pond to Toledo, Ohio with 2021's event taking place in the USA.

Regardless of location, there's one thing that you can be sure of, when it comes to 2021 Solheim Cup betting you can rest assured that at BetVictor, we'll bring you all the golf betting markets and odds you need. From the outrights, to markets on the individual matches and In-play odds on the top players from Team USA and Team Europe.

Let the golf commence!

Where is the next Solheim Cup?

Just like the Ryder Cup, the Solheim Cup is held every two years and alternates between the best courses in Europe and the top golf courses in America. And with 2019's event held at Gleneagles Centenary Course in Perth, Ayrshire in Scotland, the next Solheim Cup will take place in the states. At the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio to be exact.

And we'll be there from the very first tee with the full range of Solheim Cup betting markets and Solheim Cup odds to keep you driving to the fairway and putting on the green, as soon as the action hots up. Choose from available odds on each individual foursome and four-ball, as well as the singles event to close the competition.

How does the Solheim Cup work?

The Solheim Cup is played over three days in just the same way as the Ryder Cup. Before 1996 and in 2000 the tournament followed a slightly different structure, but now it's just the same format as the men's competition.

There are 28 matches. These are made up of eight foursomes and eight four-balls played on days 1 and 2. The final day is made up of 12 singles, and that's where the drama really unfolds. At BetVictor you can bet pre-game or follow the action as it happens with our selection of In-Play 2021 Solheim Cup betting markets. Bet on the outright winner, the winners of individual matches, or the players to notch the top scores in the tournament. Just make sure you don't land in the bunker.

How many points do you need to win the Solheim Cup?

With a total of 28 matches in the Solheim Cup, the maximum available points in the tournament are 28, you get 1 point for a win and if the score is even after 18 holes each team earns one half point. To win the trophy, the winning team must therefore secure a minimum total of 14 ½ points.

This was exactly what happened last time out during the 2019 Solheim Cup, when Europe reigned supreme by a score of 14 ½ to 13 ½ - it certainly was a tight one. If you think it will be just as tight this time out or if you fancy Europe or the US to run away with it, there's only one thing to do, bet on 2021 Solheim Cup with BetVictor.
