You’ll come across plenty of British Superbike Betting action every summer with a flick through the channels, as BSB coverage has hopped between Sky, ITV, Channel 4 and Eurosport over the past couple of decades.
And we’ll be there for every rev, with British Superbike betting markets for Friday’s practice sessions, Saturday’s qualifying and both rounds each weekend, plus the three-race finale every October in Kent. Just make sure you keep an eye out for specials markets on Fastest Lap, Points Finish and more.
An increasing number of overseas competitors have come out on top in the British Superbikes standings since Australian Troy Bayliss became the first BSB Championship rider at the end of the last century, but Brits usually keep the trophy on home shores. The likes of Shane Byrne and Niall McKenzie have been dominant in their eras, taking six and three titles respectively.
The man with the most championships in history, Byrne has taken two of the last three titles but unfortunately suffered serious injuries in 2018 which saw him unable to defend his title, with the most recent winner Leon Haslam taking his first ever.
And when the British Superbikes results are in for 2019, you can expect a Brit to once again take top spot with Peter Hickman, Bradley Ray, and Scott Redding all among the favourites.
The British Superbikes calendar takes in such classic UK racetracks as Donington Park, Silverstone, Oulton Park, Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park, Knockhill, Snetterton, and Thruxton, and even the odd visit abroad, with Dutch city Assen’s TT Circuit now a firm fixture on the schedule.
Sign up with BetVictor to enjoy our World Superbike Championship outright betting and BSB odds for each race, starting out in late February and running all the way through until the end of autumn.
Europe is World Superbike Betting’s spiritual home and top market, but rounds have been held in New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Thailand, South Africa and the US – indeed, the series kicks off every year at Australia’s Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.
World Superbike Betting came into its own during the reign of four-time champion Carl Fogarty during the 1990s, and the Lancashire rider’s old Ducati team have tussled with Honda, Kawasaki and Aprilia for top honours in recent campaigns.
As our way of ramping up the excitement along the road, BetVictor’s In-Play Betting options include Cash Out, meaning you can keep up with the pace of both UK and World Superbike Betting’s fastest heats, and ensure you get a payout even if the action isn’t going quite as well as you’d hoped.
