9K Yeti Gold is one of those casino games that’s more competent than charismatic. The mountain theme is fine, the symbols are clear, and the Yeti does a decent job of looking like he has interrupted a very bad trekking holiday. Still, the visuals are not what carry this thing. The game lives or dies on the bonus spins and, more specifically, on whether the Snowstorm feature shows up often enough to justify the whole expedition.
The good news is that the feature is at least more interesting than the usual pile of extra spins and a shrug. Turning a losing bonus spin into a guaranteed win when the Yeti and Wild land together is a proper mechanic, not a decorative label.
