Aztec Powernudge is a 6x6 grid slot from Pragmatic Play, built around the Powernudge mechanic where symbols drop down after wins. It removes paylines completely and focuses on cluster-style wins, scatters, and multiplier symbols. Graphics are pretty standard for Aztec-themed online slots. Dense jungle, an ancient temple, some statues scattered around, and lots of gems littering the jungle floor and the 6x5 grid is framed by ornate stone work.

Powernudge Mechanic 

As the name implies, this is the core system of the game, and is basically a twist on cascading reels. Whenever a winning combination lands, the reels involved shift down one position. New symbols drop in from above, and if new wins appear, the process repeats, etc. The advantage over cascading reels is that the same combination can payout multiple times if it’s formed near the top of the grid. 

Multiplier Symbols 

Multiplier symbols can land during both base game and free spins. In the base game they range from x5 to x100, while in free spins they can go much higher. All multipliers collected during a sequence are added together and applied at the end. 

Free Spins 

Free spins are triggered by collecting scatter symbols during Powernudge sequences. 

Depending on how many are collected, players can unlock 15 to 35 free spins, with extra spins awarded if additional scatters appear during the feature. Inside free spins, multiplier symbols become more powerful and can reach much higher values, and there’s also a minimum win target that must be met before the round ends.
