You can bet on the outright winner of all four groups in League A. The countries that win their group earn qualification to the Nations League Finals.

Once the league phase is complete, League C’s relegation play-offs take place between 21st and 26th March 2023 to decide who drops into League D. Then the Nations League Finals get going on 14th June in Italy, with the final scheduled for 18th June.
