Green Party

The Green Party is a Canadian political party that operates on ‘green principles’. These include ecological wisdom, non-violence, social justice, sustainability, and respect for diversity. The party was founded in 1983 and is currently led by its co-leaders Elizabeth May and Jonathan Pedneault.

People’s Party of Canada

This is the newest political party in Canada as it was founded in 2018. The party is conservative by nature with right-wing populist policies. This party has never had a representative elected to parliament. The current leader is Maxime Bernier who also founded the party seven years ago.
