How do I qualify for the rewards?

- Cashed out or partially cashed out bets.

Rewards Specific Conditions [What do I need to know about the Rewards?]
Upon qualification
- Select a Ball to claim a prize.
- Prizes consist of Bet Credits, from $2 to $10, and $10 Cash.
Claiming the reward
- Once you have selected your Ball your prize will be awarded to your balance
Using the Reward
- You can enter your selections and stake on to your bet slip and click ‘use bonus funds’.
OR - Visit the “Offers” tab and click on “See Bonus Details”.
- Click on “Use my Bet Credits” to use your Bet Credit.
- Bet Credits can be used as one bet or as a number of smaller bets.
Expiry
- Bonuses will expire 3 days after being awarded if not used.*
*Bonus expiry is to be calculated from when the Bet Credit, Bonus or Bonus Spins or Ticket is awarded to your account. For example, with a 7 day expiry, if the bonus is awarded on Monday at 4pm, you will have until the following Monday at 4pm to complete the bonus. Any unused funds will expire and be removed from your bonus balance.

Customers are able to withdraw their real cash balance at any time without it affecting the qualification, award, prize or wagering for this promotion.
Where a customer becomes restricted from placing sports bets on their account, they will still be entitled to complete any wagering required, or use any outstanding bonus funds awarded, as part of this promotion by contacting customer services.
The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from any bonuses or concessions is $25,000 per day (00:00-23:59 ET). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove "Bonus Funds" if we believe a player has, or is attempting to, abuse this offer. Low risk betting, i.e. betting on red/black, evens/odds, 1-18/19-36 or covering over 20 numbers on a spin (including straight up, splits, streets, corners, baskets, six-lines, dozens, columns, red/black, evens/odds, 1-18/19-36 and section/neighbour bets) will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed.
Where a customer is excluded from BV Gaming promotions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participation in promotions on all your accounts across our brands, as detailed here.
Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the Bet Credit should be used on is cancelled, the Bet Credit will be usable on any sports event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and Canada and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products or services in the courts of Ontario.
