Rory McIlroy Majors Wins

After his record-breaking performance on the opening 36 holes at Augusta, it looked very likely that Rory McIlroy would earn a place in the list of lowest winning US Masters scores. However, after a wobbly showing in the third round and a vastly improved Sunday finale, McIlroy clinched his sixth major overall with a score of 276 (-12).

He completed his career Grand Slam last year when he won the Green Jacket at Augusta. McIlroy had to wait 11 years to add his name into the history books. His first major win came in 2011 when he landed the US Open. In the following year, he secured the PGA Championship. In 2014, he won both the PGA Championship as well as The Open.

Rory McIlroy major wins:

  • US Masters (2): 2025, 2026
  • PGA Championship (2): 2012, 2014
  • US Open (1): 2011
  • The Open (1): 2014

Rory McIlroy Is 60/1 To Complete A Calendar Year Grand Slam

Off the back of his second successive US Masters success, bettors can get 60/1 for Rory McIlroy to win all the 2026 majors. Naturally, the astonishing feat is yet to be completed by a pro male golfer. Even legends such as Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods couldn’t conquer all four in the same year.

Woods did complete his own Tiger Slam, though. In 2000, he won the PGA Championship, US Open and The Open and the following year, won the US Masters. He is the only male golfer to hold all four titles consecutively but not in the same calendar year.

As for McIlroy, bettors can get 15/8 for two major wins in 2026. Three is currently available at 16/1. Exactly one major is available at 4/9.

Tiger Slam:

  • PGA Championship (2000)
  • US Open (2000):
  • The Open (2000)
  • US Masters (2001)
