When Is the Next UFC Event?

The next UFC event is UFC 329: McGregor vs Holloway 2. It takes place on Saturday 11 July 2026 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, headlining UFC International Fight Week. For UK fans, that means a late-night watch running into the early hours of Sunday 12 July.

Conor McGregor headlines the card on his long-awaited return. He faces Max Holloway in a welterweight rematch more than a decade in the making. The stacked undercard also features Liverpool’s Paddy Pimblett against Benoit Saint Denis, plus the light-heavyweight debut of Robert Whittaker.

For the complete fight card, the latest betting odds, a full breakdown of the main event and the exact UK start times, read our dedicated guide to UFC 329: McGregor vs Holloway 2. Below, we cover the wider schedule and how to watch every UFC event in the UK.

What Time Does the Next UFC Start in the UK?

UFC start times in the UK depend entirely on where the event is held. Because the promotion runs most of its cards in the United States, UK fans usually face a late night or an early morning. Here is a rough guide to what to expect from a typical US event:

  • Early prelims: from around 10pm to 11pm UK time.
  • Prelims: from around midnight UK time.
  • Main card: from around 2am to 3am UK time.
  • Main event walkouts: often between 4am and 6am UK time, depending on the card.

Events staged closer to home are far kinder on the sleep schedule. Cards in Europe or the Middle East can start much earlier for UK viewers. For example, a UFC event in Abu Dhabi might see its main card begin around 6pm to 8pm UK time, while a European card can also land in the early evening. Always check the specific event, as exact timings shift from card to card.

How to Watch UFC in the UK

In the UK, TNT Sports broadcasts the UFC live. You can watch every card through TNT Sports 1, the TNT Sports app, or by streaming via discovery+ Premium. This covers the prelims and the main card for numbered events and Fight Nights alike.

It is worth noting that the UFC’s Paramount+ deal applies to viewers in the United States only. It does not affect UK coverage, which remains with TNT Sports. For a full breakdown of every viewing option, subscription details and how to stream, see our complete guide on how to watch UFC in the UK

Upcoming UFC Schedule

Looking further ahead? Here is the current schedule of upcoming UFC events. The UFC releases dates and cards on a rolling basis. It usually confirms fight cards around eight to twelve weeks before each event. Bear in mind that all cards are subject to change:

  • UFC 329: McGregor vs Holloway 2. Saturday 11 July 2026, T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas.
  • UFC Fight Night: Du Plessis vs Usman. Saturday 18 July 2026, Oklahoma City.
  • UFC Fight Night: Ankalaev vs Rountree Jr. Saturday 25 July 2026, Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi.
  • UFC Fight Night: Medic vs Rodriguez. Saturday 1 August 2026, Belgrade.
  • UFC Fight Night: Gamrot vs Salkilld. Saturday 8 August 2026, UFC Apex, Las Vegas.
  • UFC 330: Makhachev vs Machado Garry. Saturday 15 August 2026, Xfinity Mobile Arena, Philadelphia.
  • UFC Fight Night: Hernandez vs Rodrigues. Saturday 22 August 2026, Sacramento.
  • UFC Fight Night: Nurmagomedov vs Song. Saturday 29 August 2026, Shanghai.

The next numbered pay-per-view event after Las Vegas is UFC 330, headlined by lightweight champion Islam Makhachev against Ian Machado Garry in Philadelphia. The July card in Abu Dhabi and the August card in Belgrade are the pick for UK fans who would rather avoid the early hours. Both offer far friendlier start times.

Is There a UFC Event This Weekend?

The UFC runs an event on most weekends of the year, so there is usually something on. The vast majority of cards take place on a Saturday night in the United States. That becomes the early hours of Sunday morning in the UK. As a result, most UFC action lands on your screen late on Saturday or in the small hours of Sunday.

Occasionally the schedule takes a short break between big cards, or the UFC stages an event in Europe, Abu Dhabi or Asia. Those international shows can fall at very different UK times, sometimes even in the afternoon. To be sure, always check the next event listed at the top of this page, which we keep current.

How UFC Events Are Structured

Every UFC event follows a similar running order. The night opens with the early prelims, moves on to the prelims, and finishes with the main card featuring the headline fights. A typical card includes around ten to thirteen fights across various men’s and women’s weight classes, building towards the main event.

There are two main types of UFC event. Numbered events, such as UFC 329 or UFC 330, are the marquee cards that usually carry the biggest title fights. UFC Fight Nights are the regular weekly shows, often headlined by a key divisional clash. TNT Sports shows both types in full in the UK, so you never miss a moment.

UFC Betting Markets

Every UFC card offers a deep range of betting markets, from the main event right down to the opening prelim. You can back a fighter to win outright on the moneyline, or explore more specific options for bigger prices. All the latest odds are available through our UFC betting markets

The most popular markets include the moneyline, method of victory, and round betting. Method of victory lets you bet on how a fight ends, whether by knockout, submission or decision. It often pays out at longer odds than simply backing the winner. Round betting narrows it down further, letting you predict exactly when a finish will arrive. Live in-play betting is also available throughout every card, with the odds updating round by round.
