Bacon Bankroll Slot Game Review

A pig in braces, a banker’s grin, and a bank that looks like it would charge you for breathing near the front desk. Bacon Bankroll by Relax Gaming goes all in on a smug finance joke and builds a 5 reel slot around it, with split premium symbols, a random prize wheel, and a bonus spins round that does most of the heavy lifting.

It keeps things fairly straightforward on the surface, though there is a little more going on than the piggy banker theme first suggests. The base game is simple enough to follow, then the bonus round arrives with stacked split premiums and a fixed multiplier to make the whole thing feel a bit less restrained than online casinos are used to.

Theme & Graphic

The Bacon Bankroll appears as if it was a comic take on the typical financial area in which every structure aims to make the regular person feel underdressed. While the base game takes place right next to an extravagant bank, backed by high-rise buildings of the cityscape, the bonus game is played within the premises with an emphasis on an exaggerated 1980’s office with outdated computers and chunky brick phones.

The two pig banker symbols do most of the thematic work. One looks pleased with himself in a suit, while the other has the tense expression of someone who definitely knows where the fees are hidden. The lower symbols are less exciting, made up of royals, monitors, and mobile phones, though they fit the finance theme well enough. We would not call it subtle, but nobody named a slot Bacon Bankroll because they were aiming for restraint.

Payout Table

Bacon Bankroll uses a 5x3 layout with 20 paylines. Most regular symbols pay from left to right in standard combinations, while the two pig banker symbols can appear as split symbols and stretch wins up to 10 matching symbols.

Symbol Payout for 3, 4, 5 of a kind
Q 1.00, 2.00, 4.00
K 1.00, 2.00, 4.00
J 1.00, 2.00, 4.00
A 1.00, 2.00, 4.00
Mobile Phone 2.00, 4.00, 8.00
Computer Monitor 2.00, 4.00, 8.00
Business Pig 2.00, 4.00, 8.00
Pig Banker 2.00, 4.00, 8.00

Special Symbols

  • Wild: The Wild substitutes for regular paying symbols. It can land on every reel except the first, so it helps more once the reels get moving than at the very start.
  • Scatter: Scatters can appear on all reels. Landing 3, 4, or 5 triggers 8, 12, or 18 bonus spins.
  • Split Premium Symbols: Both pig banker symbols may land as split versions. That means a single symbol can count across extra positions, which is how wins can stretch to 10 matching premium symbols.
  • Prize Wheel Symbol: The Wheel Bonus can trigger at random and awards one fixed prize from the available prize ladder.

Bonus Features

Split Premium Symbols

This is the feature that gives Bacon Bankroll most of its identity. The two pig banker symbols can land in split form, which lets them cover extra positions and create longer premium combinations than the standard reel layout would normally allow.

That matters more in the bonus round, where these symbols become both split and stacked. In the base game, they are a neat twist. In bonus spins, they are clearly the main reason the feature exists at all.

Bonus Spins

Landing 3, 4, or 5 scatters awards 8, 12, or 18 bonus spins. Once the feature begins, all potential wins are multiplied by x3, and both premium pig symbols become split and stacked for the whole round.

That makes the bonus much more direct than complicated. There are no side meters to build, no branching upgrades to remember, and no dramatic hidden rule waiting in the background. It is essentially a cleaner push toward premium symbol wins, backed by a fixed multiplier. That simplicity works in its favour, even if it is hardly reinventing the banking sector.

Wheel Bonus Prize

The Wheel Bonus may trigger at random and awards one of five fixed prizes. These are 10x Rapid, 20x Minor, 50x Midi, 100x Major, or 200x Mega.

It is an easy feature to understand, though it feels a little separate from the rest of the game. The pig bankers, split symbols, and bonus spins all sit neatly inside the main setup.

Spin Mechanics

Bacon Bankroll runs on a 5 reel, 3 row layout with 20 fixed paylines. Wins pay from left to right, beginning on the first reel, and the core structure is otherwise very traditional. There are no cascading reels, expanding grids, or shifting layouts to keep track of.

What changes the rhythm a bit are the split premium symbols and the bonus round setup. The two high-paying pig symbols can stretch wins beyond the usual size, while bonus spins turn those same symbols into stacked split versions and add a fixed x3 multiplier to every win. So the game stays structurally simple, then hands the extra work to the premium symbols.

Similar Slots

If you want a few other online slots with some overlap in theme or feature style, these are the closest fits from our recent batch:

  • Cash 'N Riches Megaways: Another money themed slot that mixes regular base play with jackpots and a bonus structure built around familiar mechanics.
  • Money Stacks Megaways: A stronger comparison for players who like collection-style symbols, fixed prizes, and features that revolve around money values on the reels.
  • Greedy Fortune Pig: Not a finance theme, obviously, but it still has pigs and with a more traditional bonus setup rather than endless side systems.

BetVictor's Opinion

Bacon Bankroll feels like a slot built around one decent joke and one reasonably useful feature. The joke is pigs as bankers, which is hardly unexplored territory, and the feature is the split premium symbols, which at least give the game something practical to hang onto. We don’t mind the look of it, and the bonus round is clear enough but there is not much here that sticks once the novelty of the pig in a tie wears off.

The x3 multiplier in bonus spins helps, and stacked split premiums give the round a proper target. Outside of that, the wheel feels tacked on and the base game can drift a bit. It is playable, tidy, and easy to follow, though not exactly the sort of slot that demands a second meeting with the board.
