Cashed-out or partially cashed-out bets, void bets, boosts, special markets, enhanced prices, and bets placed with bonus funds will not count as qualifying bets

Who can qualify?
- This offer is for new customers who are residents of Canada (excluding Ontario) only and is available once per household.
- Each customer can only receive one Welcome Offer across any of our products (Sports/Casino). Any duplicate accounts held by the same person will not be eligible for the bonuses.
- Bonus eligibility is subject to verification processes, including account validation and duplication rules. Bonuses, or awards from bonuses may not be credited until satisfactory completion of these checks.

Rewards Information
If your first bet loses, your account will be credited with 50% of your stake as a Free Bet on settlement, and a further 50% in 24 hours up to 100% of your losing stake. The maximum you can receive from this promotion is $100 in Free Bets.
1st Free Bet - Any Sports market
2nd Free Bet - Any 3-Play Parlay
Example:
You place a $100 Bet, if this loses you will be credited on settlement the bet with a $50 Free Bet, and another $50 in the next 24hr
Your bet will be settled when the outcome of the event you’re betting on is determined
Each of these Free Bets:
can be used on any sports
can be used as one whole bet or a number of smaller bets;
will only return any profit exceeding the total stake;
cannot be cashed out;
must be placed separately from real cash bets; and
will expire within 7 days if not used.*
*Bonus expiry is to be calculated from when the Casino Bonus or Free Bet is awarded to your account. For example, with a 7-day expiry, if the bonus is awarded on Monday at 4pm, you will have until the following Monday at 4pm to complete the bonus. Any unused funds will expire and be removed from your bonus balance.

Visit the “OFFERS" tab on the top right and click on “See Bonus Details” in the middle.
Click on “Bet Now” to use your free bets.
Wagering Requirements
There are no wagering requirements for the sports bonus.
Other Important Terms and Conditions
The promoter is BV (Gibraltar) Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar (company number 102502) with its registered office at Suite 23, Portland House, Glacis Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA and trading from Suite 2:01, World Trade Center, Bayside Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
Customers are able to withdraw their real cash balance at any time without it affecting the qualification, award, prize or wagering for this promotion.
Where a customer becomes restricted from placing sports bets on their account, they will still be entitled to complete any wagering required, or use any outstanding bonus funds awarded, as part of this promotion by contacting customer services.
The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from any bonuses or concessions is $25,000 per day (00:00-23:59 CET). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion.
You acknowledge that BVGroup and our group companies own several brands as detailed here. Where a customer is excluded from any of our BVGroup promotions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participation in promotions on all of your accounts across our brands.
Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the free bet should be used on is cancelled, the free bet will be usable on any sports event.
This promotion is currently available without end date. BVGroup reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
