Supporting a friend or family member
Sometimes gambling can have a negative impact on the family and friends of a problem gambler which may lead to need for support for those people close to the problem gambler.
If you are in this situation you may well need help as well to try and be there to support your friend or family member, Gamcare can provide support in these circumstances and help you to cope with the difficulties you may encounter.
How are BetVictor staff trained?
All of our customer facing teams are trained in safer gambling and have regular refresher courses; any exclusion requests are given high priority and will be actioned as soon as possible.
The team will try and help with any queries you may have and on occasion may check that a customer is comfortable with their level of gaming, in certain circumstances they may prevent a customer continuing to play with us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
