Today’s racing comes from Bangor-On-Dee and Wincanton over jumps, with an all weather card at Kempton kicking off at 5:30.

The closing race of the day at Wincanton is a two mile four furlong hunter chase. Famous Clermont won the prestigious Aintree foxhunters last season. That looks great form with the second Benny’s King winning yesterday at Leicester, the third Lough Derg Spirit running well at Punchestown and the fourth Latenightpass winning the Cross Country at Cheltenham in December.
Since his win at Aintree Famous Clermont has run twice at Larkhill and was last seen winning a match race. More will be needed today but based on his rating he really should be winning this on route to Aintree once again with Will Biddick on board for the ride.
