NAP of the Day: 29th Novemeber

NAP of the day

Wednesday has plenty of racing with all weather action at Dundalk, whilst three jumps cards offer us plenty of racing from Hereford, Kelso and Wetherby.

Nap Of The Day

Yesterday we landed another winner but thanks to a late non runner Willie Mullins’ horses was a very short price.

Today we head to Wetherby and the Peter Beaumont Memorial Handicap Chase in search of another successful nap.

Netywell arrives here for Lucinda Russell off the back of two runs this season, the first of which came at Carlisle when second to a horse that has won again since. His most recent run came at Aintree when third, the fourth has since won at Haydock and it looks on paper like it was a decent enough contest in comparison to the race today.

A previous course winner, I think he can land this prize and give us another winning nap!

The Must Watch Race Of The Day

On a slightly standard day it will certainly catch plenty of people’s eyes that Charles Byrnes sends two horses to Hereford. The first runner comes in the opening race on the card which is a novice over two mile three.

Reverend Hubert represents the Irish connections and sets a fair standard. Third at Cheltenham last time out that form looks decent with him arriving here with a rating of 132. He does however face a couple of strong contenders with Magic Seven heading those most likely to get the better of him. He made a great start to life over hurdles winning here over the same trip and the forecast ground is ideal for his chances.

Others in the race that could improve to feature include Saxon Lane and Face D’Music.

Odds subject to change.
