Czechia’s coach, Ivan Hašek, will hope that his captain Tomáš Souček, will be able to lead his team to a win alongside high-scoring forward Patrik Schick and midfielder Antonín Barák, whereas Turkey’s own coach, Vincenzo Montella, will turn his attention to captain Hakan Çalhanoğlu and forward Cenk Tosun to deliver a victory and overturn their nightmare 2024 in which they have lost 4 games, drawn 1 and won just a single game. While both sides have a lot to play for, even with the absence of striker Cengiz Ünder, Turkey’s few goals in the group games have been exquisitely executed and we predict they will grab a few more on the night to pave their way to the Round of 16.
