How Many Clubs Broke Their Premier League Transfer Record This Summer?
A total of seven clubs have broken their Premier League transfer records already this summer. They include newly-promoted duo Coventry and Ipswich – who are hoping to defy the Premier League relegation odds and beat the drop this term.
Elsewhere, Chelsea, Man City and Tottenham have completed their most expensive signings this month. The same applies for Aston Villa and Brighton, too. Naturally, there is still plenty of time for others to beat their biggest outlays.
The Vini Jr next club odds market lists Arsenal as the favourites to sign the Real Madrid superstar. As per multiple reports, Los Blancos have set an asking price of £136m – which would dwarf the figure spent on Declan Rice in 2023.
