In fact, interim manager Steven Davis sits even further afield at 20/1 with little to no hope of landing himself a full-time role with the Teddy Bears. Front-runner Clement, most recently the manager of Monaco FC but ousted last season when they failed to qualify for European competition, could be a good fit for Rangers and seems to have cooled his interest in Saudi club, Al-Shabab, meaning there are few blockades to stop him taking the reins quickly. In fact, if rumours are to be believed, a tempting number of incentives have been offered to lure his attention away from the mega-money Saudi football divisions, hence the next manager betting markets having him in such a pole-position.
