It’s been over 2 weeks since Bradford City sacked Mark Hughes and Kevin McDonald was handed the role of player/caretaker manager, but early signs have shown a run of positive results with a consecutive run of wins against Swindon Town, Grimsby Town and AFC Wimbledon. However, with an upcoming game on Saturday against newly promoted Wrexham, currently sitting 5th in the table, eyes are on the Bradford City next manager odds to see who the bookies expect will take the permanent seat at the table. While McDonald’s success has been only a short run of games, his ability to connect with the fans and his fellow teammates could be invaluable at getting the most from them, further strengthening his cause to turn his short-term tenure into a more permanent one.
