The Nations League winner odds have been updated after the opening four rounds of fixtures have been completed across Groups A1, A2, A3 and A4.
As per the previous editions of UEFA’s latest international tournament, only the four victors from each league will progress to the Nations League Finals and contest the semi-finals. As it stands, the most likely participants are France, Netherlands/Greece, Spain and Portugal.

2026-27 Nations League Winner Odds
As it stands, the Nations League winner odds market lists Spain as the outright favourites. The Euro 2024 and 2026 World Cup victors have won all four games so far and lead England in Group A3 by three points.
Just behind La Roja are Zinedine Zidane’s France team. Les Bleus are also three points clear of closest rivals Italy having won three of their four fixtures. Third favourites are the Three Lions but there chances completely hinge on beating Luis de la Fuente’s side next month.
Further down the pecking order are the likes of Portugal – who have a 100% win record – Germany, Netherlands and Italy. Surprise package Greece could also be worth keeping an eye on. Especially after their Euro 2004 heroics.
Previous Nations League Winners
Despite their sluggish performance in the 2026 World Cup – whereby Portugal lost to Spain in the L16 – Cristiano Ronaldo and co. are the most successful side in Nations League history. The Portuguese are the current holders and also won the inaugural tournament back in 2019.
The only other countries to go all the way were France in 2021 and Spain in 2023. Therefore, the likes of England, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands are still waiting for their maiden success.
