Newmarket Racecourse

Often referred to as the “headquarters of British horseracing”, Newmarket Racecourse is longstanding history of thoroughbred horseracing. Events can be traced back as far as James I, with the racecourse itself being founded in 1636. It is comprised of two courses – the Rowley Mile Course and the July Course, both of which are wide, galloping tracks used for Flat racing.
