Aintree Racecourse

Considered by many to be one of the most difficult courses to complete, Aintree has seen countless historic races over the years. Having first opened in 1829, the triangular-shaped course is home to the Grand National steeplechase, one of the most famous races in the world. Based just outside of Liverpool, Aintree is part of The Jockey Club and has been at the heart of British racing for over two centuries.
