Roulette

Overview of the game:

The game of roulette is played by throwing a small ball onto a rotating wheel with 37 numbered sectors.  The aim of roulette is to predict which number the ball will land on, earning a win for a correct prediction.  The total of the in depends on the type of bet you place.

Instructions:

  • Choose the amount you wish to wager per spin by clicking a token, then selecting the betting fields on the gaming table.
  • Click 'Cancel Last' to cancel the last token placed.  Click 'Cancel All' to clear all your bets from the table.
  • The total wager appears in the 'Bet' window.
  • The 'Balance' window indicates the funds available for use.
  • The 'Win' window indicates the sum won in the previous game.
  • The 'Net' window indicates the difference between the 'Win' and the 'Bet'.
  • With the 'Same Bet' button you can repeat the bets placed on the previous game.
  • If you place a bet below the limit of the minimum wager for the table, a popup message is displayed and the  bet refused.
  • If you place a bet exceeding the limit of the maximum wager, a message appears reminding you of the maximum bet and you will not be able to place the bet.
  • You can place various types of bet on the roulette table.  Each type of bet covers a certain group of numbers, each of which determine a certain win.  The short lines of three numbers are known as lines, while the longer lines of twelve numbers are known as columns.
  • The first five types of wager are all on the numbered space or the lines within it and are known as inside bets, while the last three types involve special areas below and to the left of the table and are known as outside bets.  When you move the mouse on the game table, the numbers corresponding to that specific bet become opaque.  The various types and wins for each type of bet are summed up below:

Explanation of Bet Types:

  • Straight up - place the tokens directly on a single number (including zero).
  • Split bet - Plae the tokens on the line between any two numbers.
  • Street bet - Place the tokens at the end of any line of numbers.
  • Corner - Place the tokens on the corner formed by four numbers.  All four numbers are covered.
  • Line Bet - Place the tokens at the end of two lines where they intersect.  A line bet includes all the numbers on both lines for a total of six numbers.
  • Column - Placing a token on one of the boxes marked with "2 to 1" at the end of the column includes all the numbers in that colum for a total of 12 numbers.  The zero is not included in any of the columns.
  • Dozen - Placing a token on one of the three boxes indicating "1-12", "13-24" or "25-36" covers those 12 numbers in the sequence of numbers from 1 to 36.
  • Red/Black, Even/Odd, 1-18/19-36 - A token placed on one of these six boxes covers 18 numbers on the table described by the box itself.  The zero is not included in any of these boxes.  Each box covers 18 numbers.  In these sectors, you can place a sum equivalent to 5x the minimum bet only.
  • Special bets - Different from traditional roulette bets.  Each bet covers a different group of numbers.  The bets are available by means of an oval placed above the table.  The wins vary according to the bets.

Wins

  • Straight up - 35:1
  • Split Bet - 17:1
  • Street bet - 11:1
  • Corner - 8:1
  • Line bet - 5:1
  • Column - 2:1
  • Dozen - 2:1
  • Red/Black, Even/Odd, 1-18/19-36 - 1:1

Blackjack

Aim of the game:

The aim of blackjack is to hold cards totalling more than the dealers hand without exceeding 21.

Betting:

Select the betting box and click on the value of the token you wish to bet, then click on the betting box.  Each additional click on the betting box adds another of the selected tokens to the bet.

The Game

Starting on their left, the dealer deals a card face up to each player.  The dealer deals themselves a card last of all.

A second card is then dealt face up to each player.  Once all players have received two cards, each player takes a turn to increase the total in their hand.  The playing order is the same as the dealing order.  The player may choose to stand (keep total value of current cards held) or hit (ask for another card) if they wish to increase their total.  The round ends when all players stand.

If a players hand has a value over 21, they are 'bust' and will lose their bet immediately.  If the total remains under 21 the outcome of the round remains to be seen.

A player holds blackjack when their first two cards total 21. Players holding blackjack may not hit (request another card).  If there is no possibility of the dealer drawing blackjack (i.e. the dealers first face up card is not a court card, a 10 or an ace), players holding blackjack with their first two cards win their bets immediately and are paid at 3 to 2.  If the dealer also has the chance to draw blackjack, the outcome of the round is delayed until the dealer's final total is seen.

When all players have had their turn, the dealer draws their second card.  They will then stand or hit according to house rules.  If the dealers hand exceeds 21 they are bust and all suspended hands are won.

If the dealer stands without exceeding 21, the totals of all players are compared with that of the dealer.  If a players total is nearer to 21 than that of the dealers, the player wins their bet.  If the dealer's total is closer to 21, the player loses.  If the player and the dealer have the same total, the bet is declared a 'push' and the bet is returned to the player without any win or loss.  Once all bets have been resolved the dealer will announce the start of the next betting round.

The Cards

8 decks of 52 cards are used.

The cutting card is placed around the middle of the 8 decks.  The decks are shuffled again when the cutting card is reached.

Court cards (jack, queen and king) count for 10, while aces can count either 1 or 11.

Player Options

Once each player has received their first two cards, they have one turn in which to increase the total in their hand.  At this time the player may also have the option to change their bet:

Split - If a player holds two cards of equal value, they can be split into two separate hands, each with a bet of the same value of the original bet placed.  If a player decides to split, they are dealt a second card for the first hand.  They may then stand or hit to increase the total for that hand.  The second card for the players second hand is only dealt after the first hand has concluded.  The splitting of a pair of aces is governed by a separate rule.

Split Aces - If a player decides to split a pair of aces, they will be dealt exactly one more card to each of their hands and cannot hit again.  A total of 21 formed by two cards in a hand created from split aces is not considered a blackjack and will lose against the dealer's blackjack.

Double - If a players first two cards total 9, 10 or 11 the player may choose to double their bet, i.e. bet an additional sum the same value of the original bet.  Players opting to double may only be dealt one more card in that round.

Insurance - if the dealer's first card is an ace, players may take out insurance in the form of a second bet of half the value of their original bet.  If the dealer then draws a blackjack, the insurance bet pays 2 to 1.  If the player does not draw blackjack the insurance bet is lost.  Players holding a blackjack may still take out insurance.  This is effectively an even money payout if the dealer draws a blackjack, as the player's insurance bet is paid at 2 to 1 whilst the blackjack bet is a push.

House Rules:

Unlike the players, the dealer cannot choose whether to hit or stand.  The dealer must hit with a total of 16 or less and must stand with a total of 17 or more.  A hand is 'soft' if an ace can be counted as 1 or 11 without exceeding 21.  If the dealer holds a 'soft 17' they must stand.

A hand is 'hard' if it contains aces that can only be counted as 1 without exceeding 21.

Under exceptional circumstances the dealer may draw no cards or only one card:

No cards - All players are bust (i.e. hold totals over 21) or all players hold blackjack and the dealer has no chance to equal their hands.  The same applies if one or more players hold blackjack and have taken even money (i.e. will receive 2:1 winnings for their blackjack insurance bets) and the dealer has no chance to equal their hands.

One card - All players either hold blackjack or are bust and the dealer has a chance to equal their hands, or the outcome of insurance has to be determined.

Winning Hands:

A blackjack (a two card 21 that is not the result of splitting two aces) is paid at 3:2 provided the dealer does not also hold blackjack.  If both player and dealer hold blackjack the bet is classed as a 'push'.  A blackjack beats a 21 formed by three or more cards.  All other winning bets are paid at 1:1.  A tie between a player and the dealer forms a 'push'.  No money is lost or won.  Any player whose cards total more than 21 loses their bet.

Baccarat

Aim of the game:

Two hands are dealt in the game of baccarat - the Bankers and the Players.  Before the cards are dealt the player places a bet on which hand will contain a total value closest to 9.  The player may also bet on a tie (i.e. that the Bankers and players hand come to the same total).  The game uses 8 decks of 52 cards.

Betting:

Select the amount you want to bet on the hand by clicking on a token, then select your desired outcome on the gaming table: Player, Banker or Tie.  Each additioinal click in the betting area adds another token to the bet.

Side Bets:

  • Player pair - the first two cards of player have the same value.
  • Perfect pair - the first two cards of player and/or bank have the same value and sign.
  • Small - there are four cards dealt between player and banker.
  • Big - more than four cards dealt between player and banker.
  • Either pair - the first two cards of player and/or bank have the same value.

REPEAT - To repeat the samebet as the previous round, click the REPEAT button.  This automatically places the same bet (provided you have a sufficient balance).

CANCEL - Click the CANCEL button to remove all the tokens from the bet.

If you place a bet below the minimum wager for the table you are warned that you are trying to place a bet over the accepted limit and your bet is restricted to that limit.

Instructions:

At the end of the betting period, Player and Banker are dealt two cards.

  • Example - Hand + Hand = Total
  • 9+7 = 16 = 6
  • 5+5+5 = 15 = 5
  • 10+9 = 19 = 9 'Natural'

After the first two cards have been dealt to the player and the banker, the 'drawing rues' (explained below) are applied to determine whether a third card must be drawn.  No hand ever receives more than three cards.

If the totals held by the player and the banker are equal, the hand is declared a tie and bets other than those placed on the tie are lost.  If the first two cards in the players hand or in the bankers hand total 8 or 9 (a 'natural'), no more cards may be drawn by either.

If the first two cards in the players hand or in the bankers hand total between 0 and 7 inclusive, a third card is drawn according to the 'drawing rules'.

Drawing Rules:

Third card drawn by the player - If the players first two cards total:

  • Between 0 and 5 - the player must draw another card.
  • Between 6 and 7 - the player must stand.
  • 8 or 9 (a 'natural') - the player and banker must stand.

Third card drawn by the banker - If the bankers first two cards total:

  • Between 0 and 2  - the banker must draw another card.
  • Between 3 and 6 - the banker decides whether to draw or stand on the basis of the players hand.
  • 7 - the banker must stand.
  • 8 or 9 (a 'natural') - both banker and player must stand.

When the bankers decision wheteher to draw a third card depends on the third card drawn by the player, the following rules apply:

If the player stands with two cards totalling 6 or 7, the banker must draw if they hold two cards totalling 3, 4 or 5 - or must stand if his cards total 6.

Bets and Winnings:

  • Bets on the players hand winning are paid at 1:1
  • Bets on the bankers hand winning are paid at 0.95:1
  • Bets on a tie are paid at 8:1

BLACKJACK

  • At the close of betting, the value of all placed bets is withdrawn from your casino balance.

The Card Stream

  • Live Common Draw Blackjack is common draw game, which means all players at the table play the game from a common set of cards placed on the table. This common set of cards is called the card stream.
  • After the close of betting, the dealer deals one card face up to themselves, and two cards face up into the card stream. The dealer's first card is not part of the stream.
  • Based on the value of the two cards dealt into the card stream and the dealer's card, you and each player at the table will decide how to proceed with the hand according to Blackjack rules.
  • If you decide to hit, double, or split, the next card or cards dealt into the stream are counted toward those decisions.
  • If you decide to stand, or your hand busts, cards may continue to be dealt into the card stream as other players at the table have not yet completed their hands.
  • Once all players have concluded their hands, the dealer draws a card or cards to their own hand.
  • The game round is finished when the dealer concludes their hand. The dealer then clears the table and all winning bets are paid.

Playing Your Hand

  • Number cards (2-10) count as face value, aces count as either 1 or 11, and kings, queens, and jacks count as 10.
  • A Soft hand is a hand with an ace that can be counted as either 1 or 11 without busting.
  • A Hard hand is a hand without an ace, or a hand with an ace that can only have a value of 1.

After the first 2 cards are dealt into the card stream, the action timer begins to count down. You have 3 available options:

  • Hit. The dealer gives you an additional card.
  • Stand. Take no additional cards and play your hand as is.
  • Double. Double the value of your initial bet and receive one additional card before your hand automatically stands. You can also double after a split. After doubling on a soft 9, 10, or 11, the resulting hand is always hard.

Depending on your cards and the dealer's card, you may additionally have the options to split, take even money or take insurance.

Split

  • If the first two cards in the card stream have the same value, you can split them into separate hands.
  • Splitting doubles your initial bet, and you play both hands, one after the other.
  • After splitting aces you will receive only one additional card for each split hand.
  • For all split hands except split aces, you can hit multiple times.
  • In a split hand, an ace and a card with a value of 10 will be counted as 21 and not Blackjack.

Insurance

  • If the dealer's first card is an ace, you can buy insurance.
  • Insurance costs half the value of the initial bet and pays 2 to 1 if the dealer gets Blackjack.
  • If you take insurance and the dealer does not have blackjack, you lose the insurance bet.

Even Money

  • If you have blackjack, and the dealer's card is an ace, you can choose to take even money.
  • Even money pays 1:1.
  • If you do not select any options for your hand before the timer ends, your hand automatically stands.
  • If you decide to double, split, or take insurance when there is insufficient money in your account, your hand automatically stands.

Hand Results

  • If the first two cards in the card stream total 21, you have Blackjack.
  • Blackjack always beats any other hand with a value of 21.
  • If your hand is closer to 21 than the dealer's hand without going over, you win.
  • If the dealer's hand is closer to 21 without going over, you lose.
  • The dealer must hit up to 16 and stand on soft 17 or higher.
  • Hands of equal value are a push, and your bet is returned.
  • If your hand is 22 or higher (busted), you lose regardless of the value of the dealer's hand.
  • Your hand automatically stands when it has a value of 21.

Chat

  • The chat feature allows you to communicate with other players at the same table.
  • To send a message, type your message in the text field and press Enter.
  • To hide the chat, clear the chat option in the Game Settings menu.

Auto-Roulette

In AUTO-ROULETTE the interactive image of the roulette table is seamlessly integrated with a video stream of an actual roulette wheel, filmed live by a camera mounted above it. Auto-Roulette is designed to give the most natural and authentic gaming experience available online!

The Auto-Roulette wheel is fully automated and is powered by compressed air. Once every minute a new round begins and the roulette ball is launched by a variably powered jet of air providing completely random game results; the roulette ball has an equal chance of landing on any of the 37 numbers on the roulette wheel. The wheel is ordered non-sequentially from 0-36, with the numbers 1-36 coloured either black or red and the 0 coloured green. When the ball comes to rest the winning number is determined by laser positioning sensors that identify where the ball has landed.

Blackjack

The most popular of all casino card games. The aim of the game is to beat the dealer. You do this by making a hand that has a value of closer to 21 than the dealer's hand. You can also win if the dealer's hand goes over 21 (bust). Be careful though because if your hand goes above 21 you will lose automatically. This version of blackjack is played with 8 decks of cards, which you will see the dealer shuffle at regular intervals.

Once the game has loaded you need to choose your seat at the table. Seats are numbered from one to seven. Sit at the table by clicking on any available seat displaying the SIT HERE sign.

To place a bet, select your chip value from the BANK window and then click directly on the table to bet.

Important - In order for your bets to be accepted you need to click the Confirm button in the BANK window before the timer runs out, otherwise your bets will be removed. If a game is already in progress you will need to wait for it to complete before you can play. When the game begins all players will be dealt 2 cards face up, the dealer will also get 2 cards although one will be face down.

Card Value

The cards all take their face value with the exception of any court or picture cards (Jacks, Queens and Kings) which all value 10, and Aces which value either 1 or 11 depending on which will give the player the best hand. If the first 2 cards dealt to you total 21 (an Ace and a 10) you have blackjack. Blackjack wins pay 3 to 2 on the player's original stake. Other wins pay at 1 to 1. Each player takes turns to act on his or her hand, starting from the player at the right. When it is your turn to act you will be presented with a number of options:

  • Stand - You wish to take no further action on your hand.
  • Hit - You wish to take another card to try to improve the value of your hand. This option can be used multiple times.
  • Double - You wish to double the amount you have bet on your hand and receive one further card only.
  • Split - This option is only available if your first 2 cards are of the same value. By choosing this option you will double your bet and receive two more cards. This effectively gives you 2 hands to play. Please note if you split Aces you are only dealt one more card to each hand and cannot hit for extra cards. 21 hit after splitting is not blackjack as the cards are not the first 2 dealt, and therefore only pays 1 to 1. You are not able to split hands more than once.
  • Once all players have acted the dealer will turn over their face down card. If their hand is valued below 16 they must deal another card. They continue to take cards until their hand is valued at 17 or higher. When the dealer has a hand of between 17 and 21, he will pay all players with a hand closer to 21 than his own. If the player's hand is the same value as the dealer's, the hand is a push or a tie, and the player keeps his stake. If the dealers hand busts all remaining players will be paid.
  • Insurance - If the dealers face up card is an ace all players are offered an insurance bet. This bet is half the player's stake. In the event that the dealer has blackjack this bet will pay at 2 to 1. If the dealer does not have blackjack the bet is lost and the hands play as normal.

Game Features

If you wish to talk to the dealer or the supervisor you can open the chat window by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen. The window can be moved or re-sized if you wish.

Baccarat

In the game of Baccarat players bet on which of 2 hands, the player’s (Player) or the banker’s (Banker), will be closest in value to 9 or if the hands will be tied (Tie). The game is played with 8 decks of cards, which are shuffled regularly by the dealer.

Card value

  • Ace = 1
  • Face cards and tens = 0

All other cards carry the point value stated on the card. If the cards in a hand total more than ten points, simply subtract ten to obtain the baccarat point value of the hand.(Example: 8+8=16, but counts as 6. Jack+7=17, but counts as 7.)

A two-card total of nine is the best hand and is called a "Natural". The second-best hand is a "Natural" 8.

If both the player and banker are dealt identical hands, the game ends in a Tie.

To place a bet, select your chip value from the BANK window and then click directly on the Player, Tie or Banker areas on the table. Once the timer has run down the dealer will begin dealing the cards. If there is a game in progress you will need to wait until it has completed before placing a bet.

The dealer will deal 2 cards for the player’s hand and two for the banker’s hand. If the value of either hand is 8 or 9 (a natural) the hand is complete and no further cards are dealt. Otherwise cards are dealt by the third card rules below.

How to play

Game Overview

The game of Roulette is played by spinning a small ball on a round wheel with thirty-seven numbered slots. When the wheel stops, the ball comes to rest in one of these slots. The object of Roulette is to correctly predict the slot in which the ball will land. By predicting the right number, you earn a payoff on your bet. The size of the payoff depends on the nature of the bet placed.

How to Play

Select the amount you would like to wager on a given spin by clicking the left mouse button on a chip, and clicking on the appropriate betting fields of the gaming table.

Your total bet will be displayed in the "Total Bet" window.

You may repeat the bets placed in your last game by clicking on the repeat button. If you have selected to repeat your last round's bet, you will then have the chance to double that bet, provided you have sufficient funds available.

Blackjack

Introduction

Welcome to the finest live dealer gaming experience in the world.

You can change Blackjack table or select any other live game at any time by pressing the LIVE GAMES MENU button in the lobby. You will not be removed from this table until you have actually selected the new table you wish to join, so the LIVE LOBBY can be used to browse other games whilst still playing at this table.

The game screen consists of a black toolbar at the bottom of the screen and then the gaming window (showing the live video) above.

In the gaming window there are a number of key elements: see the Screen elements section.

How To Play

The Object of the Game

The object is to achieve a higher card count than the croupier without exceeding a count of 21.

The Bet

Select the seat and left click on chip value(s) you want to place and click on your seat position. Each click on the seat position will add another chip to the bet.

The Play

Beginning on the croupier's left, a card is dealt face up to each player in turn with the croupier being last in rotation.

A second card is then dealt in the same manner, face up to each player and the croupier gets a hidden card. Once all initial cards are dealt, each player gets a turn to improve their counts. The order of the turns is the same as the order the cards were dealt. During your turn, you have the option of standing or hitting (drawing) one or more cards to improve your count. Once you stand, your turn is over.

If you exceed a count of 21, this is called a bust, and you lose your bet immediately; otherwise, your bet remains unresolved.

If your initial count (with two cards) is 21, this is called a Blackjack. You are not allowed to draw (hit) on a Blackjack. If there is no possibility that the croupier also has a Blackjack (that is, the croupier's card is neither a face card, a Ten, nor an Ace), then you win your bet immediately upon the start of your turn, and your bet is paid off at 3 to 2. If there is a possibility that the croupier also has a Blackjack, the resolution of your bet is delayed until the croupier's final count is established.

After all players have had a turn, the croupier turns the hidden card over, then stands or draws as appropriate, according to the house strategy. If the croupier exceeds a count of 21, she busts, and all unresolved bets are winners.

If she stands without busting, each player's count is then compared to the croupier's. If your count is closer to 21 than the croupier's, you win. If the croupier's is closer, you lose. If you and the croupier tie, the bet is a push (a standoff), which means you neither win your bet nor lose it. Once all bets have been resolved, the croupier announces the beginning of the next betting period.

The Cards

Face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) are worth 10, while Aces are worth 1 or 11. After a player has stood, a hand containing one or more Aces is considered to be at its highest possible value without exceeding 21.

Player Options

After the first two cards are dealt, each player gets an opportunity to improve their counts. They may also alter their wagers in the following ways:

Splitting Pairs:

Pairs, two cards of equal value, may be split into two separate hands (sub hands), each with a bet equal to the original bet amount. If you split your hand, the second card, for both sub hands, is dealt immediately after the split is made and you are permitted to stand or hit one or more cards to improve the count.

Once you stand on your first sub hand, your second sub hand is dealt a second card, and you are then permitted to stand or hit on that hand. Split aces are an exceptional case.

When you split a pair of Aces, each sub hand receives exactly one additional card with no option to you to hit. Further, a count of 21 with the two cards in a sub hand of split Aces is not consider blackjack, and will lose to a croupier's Blackjack.

Doubling Down:

After the first two cards are dealt, you have the option to double down, which means you wager an additional amount equal to your original bet and receive exactly one more card on that hand. However, you aren't allowed double down after splitting a pair.

Insurance:

If the croupier's 1st card is an Ace, you may obtain insurance, which is a wager of a sum equal to one half of your original bet. If the croupier draws a Blackjack, the insurance pays two to one. If the croupier fails to draw a Blackjack, you lose your insurance. You may obtain insurance even if you have Blackjack.

The House Strategy:

Unlike the players, the house has no choice in whether it hits or stands its hand. The house must: Hit on a count of 16 or less; Stand on 17 or more. A soft hand is a hand in which an Ace may be counted as either 1 or 11 without the count exceeding 21.

A hard hand is a hand in which all Aces may only be counted as 1 each to avoid the count exceeding 21. * If there are any mistakes between hands, we will push the hand.

Payouts:

A Blackjack, a two-card 21 not arising on split Aces, is paid at three to two as long as the croupier does not also have a Blackjack. If both you and the croupier have a Blackjack, the bet is a push. A Blackjack beats any three-or-more-card 21. All other winning bets are paid at one to one. A croupier/ player tie is a push and neither wins nor loses. You bust and lose your bet with a card count exceeding 21.

Bet Behind Table

Introduction

The Blackjack Bet Behind table allows you to place bets on real players sitting at the table. When they win, you win. It's as simple as that.
Here you can place bets on as many of the players as you wish. The game you are betting on is actually the Public Blackjack table.
If you bet on a player who chooses not to bet, your bet will be refunded immediately.

Double down / Split

During the game, the player you are betting on may decide to double down or split. If you have not cleared the checkboxes on the introduction screen, then your stake will automatically double and be deducted from your account. Should you wish to change this and NOT double your stake, you need to leave and re-enter the table and then untick the checkboxes on the introduction screen.

The Play

To place your bets, left click on the chip you wish to wager and then click on the yellow bet behind betspot(s) that you wish to use. You will not be asked to confirm your bets.

There will not be any limit for the number of players that can bet behind on a particular seat.

The seated player will make all play decisions like hit, stand, split and double down. You will only be prompted if you want insurance. This is a wager of a sum equal to one half of your original bet. If the croupier draws a Blackjack, the insurance pays two to one. If the croupier fails to draw a Blackjack, you lose your insurance. You may obtain insurance even if the player you are betting on has Blackjack.
Should the player you are betting on decide to split and you have taken the option NOT to double your stake (You cleared the checkbox), then your bet will only apply to the hand on the left.

Side Bets

Blackjack Side Bets: Perfect Pairs and 21+3

Live blackjack is one of the most exciting ways to enjoy casino classic and with some amazing betting options, there are multiple ways to collect winnings from these games. With these bets, players can win more and enjoy many returns on the initial wagers that are placed. With side bet options, players will enjoy an enhanced game and will grow their bank roll, even if they lose the main hand in the game. There are two different side bet options that are Perfect Pairs and 21+3.

Perfect Pair Side Bet

Perfect Pairs is a Blackjack side bet that is made prior to any cards being dealt and must be supported by a regular Blackjack bet on the same betting box.

There are 3 different types of pairs and the payout odds vary accordingly:

Mixed pair (A pair that is made up of 1 red suited card and 1 black suited card - example 2 of clubs + 2 of hearts)

Coloured pair (A pair that is made up of 2 same cards of the same colour but are of different suits - example 6 of clubs + 6 of spades)

Perfect Pair (An identical pair - example K of diamonds + K of diamonds)

The rules for Perfect Pairs are as follows:

A player may place a Perfect Pairs wager on any box on which the player has placed a Blackjack wager - A Perfect Pairs wager must be placed before any cards in the round of play are dealt - A Perfect Pairs wager wins if the first 2 cards dealt to the player are a pair - A Perfect Pairs wager loses if the first 2 cards dealt to the player are not a pair

Winning Perfect Pairs wagers must be paid as per the displayed pay table

After each player has been dealt the first 2 cards, the dealer must take all losing Perfect Pairs wagers and make a payout to each player who has a winning Perfect Pairs wager

The dealer then goes on to deal with each player in the usual way for Blackjack

Perfect Pairs are paid out based on the odds below:

Perfect Pair pays 25 to 1

Coloured Pair pays 12 to 1

Mixed Pair pays 6 to 1

21+3 Side bet

At the start of play, as the players are placing their initial wager, they may also play the 21+3 wager in the designated area

Players must make a primary Blackjack wager and cannot make a 21+3 wager only.

Once all players have placed their bets, a round of Blackjack is dealt in the standard fashion - the dealer deals two cards face up to each participating player, and to themselves in the same manner as regular Blackjack (1 card face up, 1 card face down for the dealer)

Once the dealer has dealt two cards to each player and two cards to themselves (1 up, 1 down), the game will show if a player has won on 21+3. A player will only be awarded for one winning event, although their 3 card hand may contain more than 1 winning event (e.g. three of a kind suited)

Hands are ranked in the following order:

Flush -Three cards of the same suit (three hearts, three clubs).Payout: 5 to 1

Straight -Three cards in sequence but not the same suit (Ace can be used to achieve an Ace, 2, 3, Straight or Ace, King, Queen Straight).Payout: 10 to 1

Three of a Kind -Three cards of the same rank. Payout: 30 to 1

Straight Flush -Three cards in sequence and the same suits (spade of 10, Jack, Queen). Payout: 40 to 1

Suited Trips -Three cards of same ranking and of same suits, e.g. 3 Queens of Hearts. Payout: 100 to 1

Side Bet House Edge

For Perfect Pairs, theoretical return to player is 95.90%…or expressed differently the casino has a 4.1% house edge.

For 21+3, theoretical return to player is 96.30%…house edge of 3.7%.

Baccarat

Introduction

Welcome to the finest live dealer gaming experience in the world.

You can change BACCARAT table or select any other live games at any time by pressing the LIVE GAMES MENU button in the lobby. You will not be removed from this table until you have actually selected the new table you wish to join, so the LIVE LOBBY can be used to browse other games whilst still playing at this current table.

The game screen consists of a black toolbar at the bottom of the screen and the gaming window (showing the live video) above.

In the gaming window there are a number of key elements: see Screen elements section.

How To Play

The Object of the Game

Two hands are dealt in Baccarat - The Banker's hand and the Player's hand. Prior to each deal, the player wagers on whether the Player's hand or the Banker's hand will be closest to a total of 9. The player also has the option to wager on a tie (i.e. both the banker's and player's hands total the same). 8 decks of 52 cards are used.

Betting

Select the amount you would like to wager on a given hand by clicking the left mouse button on a chip and left clicking on the "Player", "Banker" or "Tie" sections of the gaming table. Each click on the betspot position will add another chip to the bet.

REPEAT: If you bet in the previous game round, you can click the REPEAT button to automatically place the same bets in this round. (Providing you have a sufficient cash balance)

DOUBLE:  If the REPEAT button has been selected, the player is given the option to automatically double the stake placed.

UNDO:  Selecting the UNDO button will remove your bet chips one by one from the game table in the reverse order of their placement. Click UNDO once to remove the last chip placed, or several times to keep removing the bets that have been placed.

If you place a wager that is lower than the minimum table bet limit, you will receive a pop up message when the betting period is over and your bet will be rejected.

If you place a bet that is higher than the maximum table limit, a tooltip will appear reminding you of the maximum bet limit and you will not be able to place that bet.

GAMEPLAY:

After the betting time period has expired, the Player and Banker are dealt two cards.

Example: Hand + Hand = Total

9+7 = 16 = 6

5+5+5 = 15 = 5

10+9 = 19 = "Natural" 9

After the first two cards are dealt to both the Player and Banker, the "Third Card Rule" (See Below) will determine if a 3rd card is to be dealt. No hand receives more than three cards.

When the Player and Banker hands equal the same total, the hand is declared a Tie and all bets (other than Tie bets) for that game are voided. If the value of the cards in either the Player's Hand or the Banker's Hand is an 8 or a 9 (a "natural") after receiving their initial two cards, then no more cards shall be dealt to either hand.

If the value of the cards in either hand on the first two cards is 0 to 7 inclusive, the hands shall draw in accordance with the "Third Card Rules".

Third Card Rules:

For the Player's Hand to Draw

If the Player's two cards total:

0-5 Player's hand must draw

6-7 Player's hand must stand

8-9 "Natural" (Both hands stand)

For the Banker's Hand to Draw

If the Banker's two cards total:

0-2 Banker's hand must draw

3-6 Third card to Player's hand determines draw or stand

7 Banker's hand must stand

8-9 "Natural" (Both hands stand)

When the Banker's third card decision depends on the third card drawn by the Player, the following rules apply:

If the Player's hand stands on two cards (6, 7), then a two card Banker hand totalling 3, 4, 5 must draw and a Banker hand totaling 6 must stand.

Payoffs Wager and Result Payoff

    * A winning Player hand wager 1 to 1

    * A winning Banker hand wager .95 to 1

    * A winning Tie wager 8 to 1

    * A winning BIG hand wager .48 to 1

    * A winning Small hand wager 1.34 to 1

If you are playing on Super6 table then Banker's payoff wager and result payoff will be:

    * A winning Banker hand wager is 1 to 1

    * A winning Banker hand wager is .5 to 1 if Banker wins with a score of 6

    * A winning Super6 wager is 12 to 1

If you have selected to play at a "pairs" table, you have two additional betting options. You can bet on either the player's or Banker's 1st 2 cards being a pair. The payoff for either bet is 11 to 1.

In The Classic View, the chat dialogue box appears in the top left hand of the screen. In the 3D view, click on the chat icon and the dialogue box appears in the lower right of the screen. Screen Elements

The SCORE TABLE board shows your scores.(Only available in the 3D view)

Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road are straight score cards. In general, straight score cards allow you to see baccarat streaks and baccarat trends for either the player or the banker. Wins of the same side and ties are shown in one column. Whenever the other side wins, a new column is started. Ties do not break a column because non-tie bets are returned to the player. So, if a tie occurs, you do not lose any money.

Each score card marks the game results using a different pattern. More specifically, the difference lies in the starting point and the results marked. Each player can choose his favourite score card. A new score card is started along with every shoe change. Signs on the score cards carry the following meanings:

Red circle - the banker won that round.

Blue circle - the player won that round.

Green slash - the round ended in a tie.

The BET LIMITS sign shows you the table name and the minimum and maximum stakes permitted. Clicking on the sign will show a breakdown of these limits if applicable.
