19. Safer gambling.

Simply put

We take safer gambling very seriously and there are a variety of tools available on site to help you if you need them. But if you can’t find what you need, just contact us, we will always be ready to help.

19.1. Details of all our safer gambling tools can be found here and we recommend you get familiar with them. We strongly recommend that if your computer or device is used by children or young people, any information on your account is kept confidential and secure. You may also wish to make use of parental control software such as netnanny (www.netnanny.com) or cybersitter (www.cybersitter.com).

 19.2. If you self-exclude, you will not be able to access our services during that time. You acknowledge and agree that should you choose to self-exclude from our services, you will not be permitted to open or use a new account in any other manner during your selected self-exclusion period, until such self-exclusion has been lifted and the original account reopened. In the event you are in breach of the foregoing, we shall be entitled to block any new account you open, forfeit any funds therein, and we shall not be liable to refund to you any funds you may have wagered or won through such account. 19.3 iGaming Ontario provides a voluntary centralized self-exclusion service tool (“BetGuard”) that allows individuals to self-exclude from all regulated igaming sites in Ontario. Participation requires creating an account and registering on the BetGuard website.
BetGuard is governed solely by iGaming Ontario’s terms and conditions. (Operator’s) terms and conditions apply only to (Operator’s) own self-exclusion program and do not govern BetGuard. You are responsible for following the BetGuard terms and conditions for your centralized self-exclusion under BetGuard and (Operator’s) terms and conditions for (Operator’s) self-exclusion program.
Registering with BetGuard does not modify or cancel any self-exclusion you have with (Operator), and registering with (Operator)’s self-exclusion does not modify or cancel your enrollment in BetGuard. In particular, your choice of self-exclusion term in (Operator)’s self-
exclusion program may not match your BetGuard centralized self-exclusion term. If you are registered in both BetGuard and (Operator)’s self-exclusion program, the expiration or ending of a term ending for one self-exclusion program does not modify or cancel the term of the other program.

If there is any conflict between iGaming Ontario’s terms and conditions and (Operator’s) terms and conditions regarding BetGuard, iGaming Ontario’s terms and conditions prevail. iGaming Ontario also has final authority over any iGaming Ontario Operator, player disputes, or both related to BetGuard.
