1. Information about us.

These terms apply to www.betvictor.com, which is owned or has the right to be used by BV (Canada) Limited. If you use this website, you agree to the terms; if not, please don't use the site.

We are BV (Canada) Limited, trading as “BetVictor” or "BV", a company registered in Gibraltar (company number 124199) with its registered office at Suite 23, Portland House, Glacis Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA and trading from Suite 2:01, World Trade Center, Bayside Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. References in these terms and conditions to “BetVictor”, “we”, “us” or “our” will be to BV (Canada) Limited.

1.2. When we talk about our website, this means the website owned and operated by BetVictor at https://www.betvictor.com/en-on which can be accessed via desktop, mobile web and the BetVictor iOS and Android applications.

1.3. If we have to contact you, we will do so by email, by telephone, via the in-app or website message us function or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us on registration.

1.4. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

2. About these terms and conditions.

This sets out the services we offer, what these terms cover and why you should read them.

We may change the terms at any time and it is your responsibility to check for changes and continued use of the site means you agree with the changes.

2.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply gambling services to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products and services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

2.2. We pride ourselves on creating terms which are easy to understand and navigate. On the top you will see a summary of each of the key points in these terms so that you can quickly see the right information you are looking for. We have also highlighted key points in bold but you should read the entire terms and conditions to fully understand them before you register your account and use our website. We try to avoid using complicated words and legal definitions but where some definitions are needed, you will find them at the end of these terms. 2.3. These terms were last updated on 29 May 2025 and supersede any previous terms and conditions.

2.4. When we talk about our services, this includes our sportsbook and our casino games (which includes virtual sports).

2.5. Each service has its own specific rules that you will need to read, and these are listed in paragraph 4.

3. Our licence and what it allows us to operate.

Simply put

We hold an Internet Gaming Operator licence issued by the Alcohol and Gambling Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) and our regulatory obligations are enforced by iGaming Ontario.

3.1. We hold an Internet Gaming Operator licence issued by the AGCO pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario under licence Registration Number: OPIG1378230.

3.2. When you use our services, any transaction with us will be deemed to take place in Gibraltar, where we are located.

4. Our contract with you.

Simply put

This is a legally binding contract and there are several other terms and policies which you accept by using our services. (So, you should read them before using our website!).

We may change these terms at any time but if the changes are major, we will give you notice.

4.1. These terms apply to any use of our services, and additional terms may also apply on promotional items. By using our apps, visiting our websites and/or by registering and/or using the services, you agree to be, and are, bound by:

(a) these terms and conditions;

(b) the Withdrawing Funds Policy (which can be accessed here);

(d) the “Gaming Rules”, which includes both the Live Casino Rules (which are accessible here) and the Casino Rules (which are accessible here); Game Rules for individual games can be found within the rules section of the apps and on the website. (h) any specific conditions which are stated as applying (e.g. if you are entering a promotion, the promotion’s terms and conditions); and

(i) all such other of our terms and conditions, rules or policies as they relate to any applicable services promotions, bonuses, special offers or any other aspect of your use of the services from time to time; and are deemed to have accepted and understood all of the above.

4.2. If there is any inconsistency between the terms on this page and the additional rules listed above, the terms on this page will take precedence.

4.3. All of the terms and conditions, rules and policies referred to in paragraph 4.1 shall be collectively referred to as the "terms and conditions".

4.4. By using our services, you will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions, including any amendments made to them. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using our services, apps and website.
