When is the offer available?

How do I qualify for the rewards?
Opt in to this promotion before making your qualifying* bet
Place your qualifying bet. Your bet must:
i. Be placed using funds from your real cash balance
ii. Be placed on any sports market
iii. Have odds of +100 or higher
*Bets that do not qualify are considered as:
– Cashed out or partially cashed out bets.
– Void bets, Bet Boosts, SP bets, Virtual Markets, Special Markets, Enhanced Acca and bets placed with Bonus Funds.
Rewards Specific Conditions [What do I need to know about the Rewards?]
Upon qualification
If your first bet loses, your account will be credited with:
a 50% matched Bet Credit for any Sports Market of up to $200 immediately
a 50% matched Bet Credit for any 3-Play Parlay of up to $200 24 hours after your first bet loses
Example: You place a $400 Bet, if this loses you will be credited instantly with a $200 Bet Credit, and another $200 after 24 hours until 100% of your stake has been returned in Bet Credits.
The maximum you can get for this promotion is $400 in Bet Credits
Claiming the reward
– Your first Bet Credit will be credited immediately after your first bet loses.
– Your second Bet Credit will be credited 24 hours after your first bet loses.
Using the Reward
– You can enter your selections and stake on to your bet slip and click ‘use bonus funds’
OR
– Visit the “Offers” tab and click on “See Bonus Details”
– Click on “Use my Bet Credits” to use your Bet Credit
Restrictions
– The first Bet Credit can be used on any sports market;
– The second Bet Credit can be used on any 3-Play Parlay;
– Bet Credits can be used as one bet or as a number of smaller bets
– will only return profit exceeding your total stake;
– must be placed separately from real cash bets;
Expiry
– Bet Credits will expire 7 days after being awarded if not used.*
*Bonus expiry is to be calculated from when the Bet Credit, Bonus or Bonus Spins or Ticket is awarded to your account. For example, with a 7 day expiry, if the bonus is awarded on Monday at 4pm, you will have until the following Monday at 4pm to complete the bonus. Any unused funds will expire and be removed from your bonus balance.

– The maximum real cash benefit that any player will receive from any bonuses or concessions is $25,000 per day (00:00-23:59 ET). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash
– The Promoter reserves the right to remove "Bonus Funds" if we believe a player has, or is attempting to, abuse this offer. Low risk betting, i.e. betting on red/black, evens/odds, 1-18/19-36 or covering over 20 numbers on a spin (including straight up, splits, streets, corners, baskets, six-lines, dozens, columns, red/black, evens/odds, 1-18/19-36 and section/neighbour bets) will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed.
– If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
– The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. – You acknowledge that BVGroup and our group companies own several brands as detailed here. Where a customer is excluded from any of our BVGroup promotions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participation in promotions on all of your accounts across our brands.
– Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the Bet Credit should be used on is cancelled, the Bet Credit will be usable on any sports event.
– These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and Canada and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products or services in the courts of Ontario.
