We want your time with us as a customer to be as trouble free as possible but we have responsibilities under our Gibraltar gaming licence and GDPR to make sure we know our customers.
We need to establish that we have our customers correct name, address and date of birth.
If a customer plays with us beyond certain thresholds we also may request proof of income to satisfy our responsible gaming obligations and on rare occasions we may request a “selfie” with a corresponding photographic ID to be 100 per cent sure of identity.
Other reasons why we may restrict transactions including withdrawals on a customer’s account are:
- A discrepancy between the registered account holder and owner of the payment card on the account
- Funds being requested to payment method other than original source
