These are the Toronto Maple Leafs vs the Boston Bruins, the Carolina Hurricanes vs the Pittsburgh Penguins, and the New York Islanders vs the New Jersey Devils!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-game-1-boston-bruins-toronto-maple-leafs\">Game 1: Boston Bruins @ Toronto Maple Leafs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date: <\/strong>Tuesday 5th November 2024\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Time: <\/strong>7:00 pm EDT\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Our Pick:<\/strong> Over 6 Goals\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The first game we will be covering this week is the Toronto Maple Leafs against the Boston Bruins. Initially, we were considering the Boston Bruins money line bet for this game. However, the last encounter between the two teams ended in an incredibly close 4-3 affair, in favour of the team from Boston, with extra time being needed to settle the tie. Another factor in us not opting for a money line bet was the inconsistency of both teams throughout the season so far, with many experts and fans expecting much stronger results.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, we&#8217;ve chosen over 6 goals, in an attempt to capitalize on the aforementioned inconsistencies. The Bruins and Maple Leafs have conceded 39 and 42 goals this season, respectively, leading us to believe that this could certainly be a high-scoring encounter. There&#8217;s plenty to play for, too, as both teams will be looking to turn their seasons around and make a charge for the top of the NHL Atlantic Division.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-game-2-pittsburgh-penguins-carolina-hurricanes\">Game 2: Pittsburgh Penguins @ Carolina Hurricanes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date: <\/strong>Thursday 7th November 2024\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Time: <\/strong>7:00 pm EDT\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Our Pick: <\/strong>Carolina Hurricanes -1.5 Puck Line\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Next up we head to Carolina for a match that many fans will be looking forward to. The Penguins have made a real attempt to move their season in a positive direction, following a 3-1 and 2-1 (After OT) victory over the Montreal Canadiens and the Anaheim Ducks, respectively. On the other side of the coin, the Hurricanes are dominating on the ice, sitting on an impressive win streak of 6 games, which includes an 8-2 demolition of the Boston Bruins.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a particularly important game for the Carolina Hurricanes, as they make a run towards the top of the Metropolitan Division. The Hurricanes have been in the mood to score recently, finding the back of the net at least 4 times in their past 5 encounters. The Penguins, adversely, are weak at the back (Conceding 50 goals already this season in just 13 games), and while they typically have a strong offense, the Hurricanes are incredibly well-rounded, with their defensive line being no slouch. All of these factors, in our opinion, point towards a comfortable win for Carolina.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Game 3: New Jersey Devils @ New York Islanders (H2)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date: <\/strong>Saturday 9th November 2024\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 7:30 pm EDT\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Our Pick: <\/strong>New York Islanders Money Line\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The final game we will be covering in our NHL betting predictions for this week is the encounter between the New York Islanders and the New Jersey Devils. Naturally, this is a clash that could have wider implications for the Metropolitan Division, as the Islanders look to close the space on the teams above them. The Jersey Devils have performed above expectations this season so far, and a win above the New York Islanders could help them build momentum and solidify themselves in the top half of the table.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve opted for the New York Islanders to win (Money line) in this encounter, with the past 4 encounters between the two all ending this way. It should only be a matter of time before the Islanders come to life offensively and against a questionable Devil&#8217;s defense, it could be a case of better late than never.
