But with CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen targeting a \u2018sporting realignment\u2019 for next season, just where will he turn and who do the\u00a0next Bayern Munich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betvictor.com\/en-gb\/sports\/240\/meetings\/441511110\/all\">manager odds<\/a>\u00a0suggest might fill his seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>According to BetVictor, at the time of writing, there are 5 names in the running to take over the position, with a clear front-runner already at the top. Tied in third place are three well-known names, all of whom have trophies in their past cabinets. His successes as a player and as the manager of Real Madrid were almost innumerate, yet his absence from the game for nearly 3 years might prove it difficult to tie him down again. Finally, in 1st place, is Xabi Alonso, with odds of 2\/1* meaning a \u00a310 bet would pay out \u00a330. Currently in charge of Bundesliga front-runners Leverkusen, it would be a huge coup to secure his name and peg their opponents down in their ambitions to land top spot at the end of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>With such a strong selection of options on the table, Dreesen should have no trouble picking a new manager who could lead the club to glory, yet it remains to be seen the direction they might look to go in when they\u2019ve had a relatively successful period the last few years anyway, with their 2020 season seeing them land the sextuple \u2013 effectively all eligible trophies. While Tuchel will undoubtedly land on his feet after he leaves and still do his best to close the gap on Leverkusen this season, it seems to now be a waiting game for the club and fans, to see who will be given the chance to lead them when he goes.
