Q. Why is Bet Victor Poker moving to the Entraction Poker Network?

A. We are moving to the Entraction Poker Network because of Entraction’s commitment to the development of both software and promotions as well as their focus for the future which is to provide a poker network that is recreational, reliable, enjoyable and rewarding. Ultimately we believe that your poker experience will be better on the Entraction Poker Network.

Q. What do I need to do to continue playing on Bet Victor Poker?

A. All you need to do to continue playing on Bet Victor Poker is download our new software from the link that we provide you with and login using your current username and password.

Q. Will my screen name remain the same?

A. Your screen name may remain unchanged. As we are moving to an existing poker network, your current screen name may be in use already. If this is the case you will be prompted to create a new screen name when you login to the new software for the first time. If you do not receive this prompt then you will not need to create a new screen name.

Q. Do I need to withdraw my money and re-deposit on the new software?

A. No, you do not need to withdraw and re-deposit. Your money will remain in your Bet Victor account and be made available to you on the new software when you login for the first time.

Q. How safe is my money?

A. Your money is 100% safe and at all times is held by Bet Victor International and not the poker network (neither iPoker nor Entraction).

Q. Will my deposit and withdrawal options remain the same on Entraction?

A. Yes, Bet Victor maintains its own cashier and your deposit and withdrawal transactions are always made with Bet Victor, not Entraction.

Q. Entraction is a Euro network – do I need to have a Euro account with Bet Victor?

A. No, you do not need to have a Euro account with Bet Victor. The currency of your account will remain unchanged but your balance as shown in the poker client will be represented in Euros.

Q. What will happen with my Action Points?

A. Your Action Points will be converted into VIP Points at the rate of 1 VIP Point for every 25 Action Points, and carried over onto the Entraction Poker Network. If you have less than 25 Action Points but more than 1 you will be credited with 1 VIP Point.

Q. Why do I only get 1 VIP Point for 25 Action Points?

A. VIP points are earned much more slowly than Action Points and consequently, 1 VIP Point holds much more value than 1 Action Point.

Q. How are VIP Points earned?

A. VIP Points are earned through playing in raked hands and real money tournaments, the same as Action Points. 1 VIP Point is awarded for every €0.50 collected in rake and/or fee.

Q. How can I use my VIP Points?

A. You will be able to use your VIP Points in the VC Poker Store and they can also be used on the Entraction Poker Network for buying directly into numerous tournaments where 100 VIP Points is equal to €1 of buy-in.

Q. What will happen to any un-released Bonus Dollars that I have when Bet Victor Poker ceases to operate on the iPoker Network?

A. Any un-released Bonus Dollars will be converted into Bonus Euros at the rate of €0.75 to every $1, and carried over to the Entraction Poker Network. These Bonus Euros will convert into real money at the rate of €1 for every 6 VIP Points earned and any amount due will pay out in one lump sum after 30 days.

Q. What bonuses will be available once Bet Victor Poker moves to Entraction?

A. Our first time deposit bonus for new players will be up to €2,500. There will also be a €1,000 Reload bonus for existing players, available from December 16th. In addition, the VIP Program will continue to reward players with Cash Back and freerolls on a monthly basis.

Q. If I have already used a First Time Deposit Bonus prior to the move, can I use a First Time Deposit Bonus after the move?

A. No.

Q. What promotions will be running when you move to Entraction?

A. We have developed some new promotions for December and into 2011 including the €25,000 Share Scheme and a Continuation Bet Cash Back Bonus. Details of these and other promotions can be viewed by clicking here.

Q. What are the minimum and maximum stakes at which I can play cash games?

A. The minimum stakes are €0.02/€0.04; the maximum stakes are €750/€1,500.

Q. What games are available on the Entraction Poker Network?

A. There are no less than 10 main game variations including Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud, Soko, 5 Card Draw, 32 Card Draw, 2-7 3 Draw, Telesina and Americana. Each of these games is available in a range of stakes, disciplines and formats.

Q. What currencies will I be able to play in?

A. You will be able to play cash games in Euros and US Dollars. All tournaments will be played in Euros.

Q. Will I still be able to transfer funds to my friends playing on Bet Victor Poker?

A. No, unfortunately the player to player transfer functionality will no longer be available.
