1. Free bet refund will apply to your first win single bet placed in a particular men's singles match. If you place more than one bet in a match, your second and subsequent bets will not qualify for a refund. 
2. Max refund £/€50 or currency equivalent per person or household per match.
3. Refunds only apply to pre-event losing win singles in the Match betting market. Losses in other markets on the match will not be refunded. 
4. Match must be completed for offer to stand.
5. Bets placed on the live (in-running) section of the website do not qualify.
6. Void bets do not qualify.
7. Promo cash bets do not qualify.
8. Applies to win singles only, placed via telephone, internet or mobile.
9. Refund will be in the form of Promo Cash and will expire after 30 days.
